As our Finance Manager, you will be the bridge between financial data and strategic growth. You will work closely with the Managing Partners to transform fund performance into compelling narratives for investors. You will be a hands-on partner to our portfolio founders, guiding them through the complexities of fundraising while building an AI-enhanced finance operation that sets a new standard for efficiency and insight in the venture capital industry

• Drive Fund Strategy & LP Relations: You will own the fund’s financial narrative. You’ll analyze performance metrics and build sophisticated models that communicate our success to Limited Partners (LPs). You will manage the fundraising Data Room, ensuring that our financial due diligence process is seamless and world-class.
• Empower Portfolio Fundraising: You will be a strategic resource for our founders. You will help portfolio companies optimize their financial models, unit economics, and Cap Tables, ensuring they are "investment-ready" for their next round of funding. You will provide them with valuation benchmarks and strategic advice to navigate the international VC landscape.
• Architect AI-Powered Operations: You will lead the digital transformation of our finance function. You will leverage AI tools to automate routine accounting, reconciliation, and reporting tasks, allowing the team to focus on high-level strategic analysis. You will build automated dashboards to monitor the real-time health of our portfolio. ‍
• Ensure Governance & Excellence: You will oversee the foundational financial operations of the fund, including audits, tax filings, and capital calls, in collaboration with external partners. You will ensure that every investment and operation meets the highest standards of regulatory compliance and internal governance.

• Direct experience working in the venture capital, accelerator, or global startup ecosystem.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily operations and data analysis.
• Experience in international fundraising or cross-border financial compliance.
