We are looking for a Program Manager with a strong interest in startup public affairs in the AI era. We are seeking a visionary and results-driven individual who is passionate about the startup ecosystem and the AI revolution to join our growing team!

This is an exciting, fast-paced role. You will be the bridge between the public sector and SparkLabs Taiwan, shaping the future of public affairs for AI startups. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves, is willing to take the initiative, and works well under pressure. SparkLabs Taiwan is part of a global accelerator network founded by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs. Since 2018, we have accelerated over 70 startups. Our mission is to empower early-stage founders to build the future by providing them with the resources, mentorship, and the global network they need to succeed in the AI era.

The Program Manager will be responsible for navigating the complex landscape of government relations while inputting your perspective to drive the growth for the AI startups. You will coordinate multi-stakes projects, respond to government inquiries with precision, and draft strategic suggestions for senior management.

You will be a proactive communicator, working internally with our Managing Partner and Program Director to ensure our messaging is consistent, forward-thinking, and aligned with the AI-native shift of the tech industry.

• Government Strategy & Execution: Handle government project applications and manage the full lifecycle of public sector partnerships with an agile, startup-first mindset.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare high-level monthly and quarterly reports. Leverage AI tools to optimize reporting workflows, visualize achievement, and demonstrate the impact of our AI portfolio to government stakeholders.
• Regulatory Advocacy: Translate the complex "startup/investment/AI" regulatory landscape into clear, actionable insights for the management team.
• Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate deep ties with key personnel in the public sector to create "win-win" strategic partnerships and resource-sharing opportunities.
• Public Representation: Represent SparkLabs at government forums and events, acting as a sophisticated voice for the AI startup community.

• Experience working specifically within a VC, accelerator, or an AI-focused startup.
• Familiarity with Taiwan’s specific digital transformation policies and AI-related subsidies.
• Interest in startup affairs, VC structures, and the current challenges facing deep-tech founders.
