By 2022, Cubo Ai is selling globally, mainly in 8 countries (US, CA, UK, AU, GE, FR, JP, TW), with annual revenue over USD 10 million and 75 employees.

Kang-Ning co-founded 3 tech startups within 11 years. He is also the founding executive of Furbo Dog Camera.

He began his career in 1990 at Hutchison Telecom (SEHK: 2332 / NYSE ADR: HTX).

Leland was a recipient of Award for Excellence in TMT from WI Harper, and was named an Executive to Watch by Fierce Wireless Magazine and a Conference Ambassador by Shanghai Municipal People's Government. He holds both an MBA and a BS in mechanical engineering from UCLA, and was selected as a Coro Fellow in public policy by The Coro Foundation. He served in the U.S. Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps and is a U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) licensed pilot and an American Sailing Association (ASA) certified bareboat captain.

Lydia Kuo is a visionary design leader with over 14 years of experience shaping global digital experiences across tech, commerce, and lifestyle platforms. Her career spans leadership roles at Yahoo and frog design, where she has consistently driven user-centered innovation across products, services, and ecosystems.

As the Senior Manager of Home & Ecosystem (Global) at Yahoo, Lydia led end-to-end experience strategies for key platforms like Yahoo Mail, Finance, and Commerce across international markets including the US, UK, Brazil, Southeast Asia, and Australia. Her work transformed cross-platform engagement through research-driven design and large-scale product revamps.

Earlier in her career at frog design, she collaborated on high-impact interaction and service design projects for clients such as Ford, Honda, GE, and China Mobile—translating complex business needs into compelling digital journeys across Asia, Europe, and the US.

Lydia is also an active voice in the design community, having delivered keynote speeches at WebConf, IxDTW, and IxDC, and conducted numerous workshops on design thinking, UX strategy, and customer journey mapping. Her influence extends beyond design execution—she is known for building design cultures, mentoring talent, and championing innovation at scale.

May has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, her experience spans across branding, marketing, PR, products, CRM, e-products, data-mining, etc.

At her current role as head of Digital Finance Division, May is responsible for constantly challenging the existing ways of banking and bringing innovations to better serve CTBC customers. Some of the more recent innovations include utilizing “eyeball tracking” technology to enhance the functionality and user experience of CTBC e-banking site, rolling out cardless ATMs with finger vein technology and several blockchain-related products and awards.

In her earlier years with CTBC, May helped introduce “event based marketing” model which increased marketing efficiency through 66 event marketing activities. May was also in charge of the “We Are Family” branding campaign and rolled out Taipei 101 co-branded credit card, which generated the highest spending per active card.

Melody Koh is a Venture Partner at NextView Ventures based in its New York office. Prior to joining NextView, Melody was Head of Product at Blue Apron (NYSE: APRN). Melody joined Blue Apron as the first product hire when the company was 18 months old with 20 HQ employees. She helped scale the business through hyper-growth (25x in 3.5 years) and to its IPO, building and leading a 35-person team across Product Management, Product Design, and Analytics. Previously, Melody was a Product Manager at Fab.com leading marketing & analytics products. Before joining Fab.com, Melody was the founder/CEO of a seed-funded wine subscription e-commerce service. In addition to her operating and entrepreneurial roles, Melody was also a venture investor at Time Warner’s strategic VC group and was one of six inaugural members of First Round Capital’s Product Co-op initiative. Melody began her career as an investment banking analyst at Evercore Partners. Melody holds a B.S. in Commerce with Distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.

With more than two decades of experience in global capital markets, regtech and technology strategy, Michael stands out as a seasoned expert with profound knowledge in Anti Financial Crime technology, growth strategies, and the application of new paradigms in tech across cryptocurrency and AI.

During his tenure as Head of Strategy, Michael played a pivotal role in a transformative phase for Nasdaq's Anti Financial Crime technology division, including leading the strategic $2.75 billion acquisition of Verafin in 2021. His leadership was instrumental in establishing Nasdaq as a recognized authority in Anti Financial Crime technology.

Prior to Nasdaq, Michael was a key member of Australian start-up turned global leader in real-time market surveillance and supervision, SMARTS. Michael joined SMARTS when the firm had less than 10 employees, establishing and overseeing a period of growth that saw the pioneering firm more than 10x in just 3 years. In this period Michael established the SMARTS Headquarters in Asia and then New York, spearheading the sale of SMARTS to Nasdaq in 2010.

Under Nasdaq, Michael was responsible for establishing and growing several technology divisions in the areas of trade surveillance, risk management and electronic trading across the US, Europe and Asia. In 2018, Michael's role elevated to lead strategy for Nasdaq's Anti Financial Crime technology division. Over the next 5 years the division's revenue saw more than 5x growth and Nasdaq evolved from a single point solution to an undisputed leader in Anti Financial Crime, sporting a full suite of Regtech solutions across trade surveillance, anti money laundering, anti fraud and regulatory reporting and closing in on $1bn in annual recurring revenues.

Embracing the potential of decentralized technology, in 2021 Michael led the development and execution of a progressive cryptocurrency strategy within Nasdaq focusing on blockchain analytics. In parallel, he engaged deeply in 'DeFi summer' as an active community member and involved in advisory and governance of a number of DeFi protocols.

Michael is renowned for his capacity to demystify complex challenges in the evolving landscape of financial markets, earning him a reputation as a thought leader in his field. He continues to influence the industry through his roles as a speaker, advisor, and investor.

Michael is currently serving as a chief financial officer at Bravovia Capital, spearheading its impact investments in agricultural/aquacultural technology, renewables, and educations. He believes in investments where a measurable social and/or environmental impact should be generated alongside a financial return. Pei-Chen Lin is a motivated and competent board certificated emergency physician experienced in biomedical informatics and medical device regulation. After she finished her clinical training as an emergency physician, she got her master’s degree in Translational medicine at the University of California, Berkeley in the US. This program enriched her knowledge in engineering, business, as well as health economics, and regulations for medical technology. From 2018 to 2022, she joined a medical AI startup, aetherAI Co., Ltd, and helped the company to develop several AI-related medical devices, to conduct clinical trials, and to file for premarket approvals in Taiwan and overseas countries, including the US, Europe, Japan and China. Meanwhile, she also got her Ph.D. degree in biomedical informatics at Taipei Medical University. 

Powen is Head of Tech Vertical in Twitter Greater China, based in Singapore. Before joining Twitter he spent 3 years in Samsung Korea headquarter as Senior Global Marketing Manager and Project Leader in Global Strategy Group.

Powen graduated from the International Business Department of National Taiwan University and acquired an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management.

Roy Ang is the Regional Business Development at GrabPay. In his role, he assists in setting up payment operations in the South East Asia countries that Grab is in, with the aim of making GrabPay the default mobile payment wallet in the region. His responsibilities include strategizing payment experiences for Grab users, drivers & merchant partners and building up team & product for each local market. Through the Grab platform, he seeks to help unbanked mobile-first users and merchants to build opportunities for themselves while delivering trusted & safe payment systems to Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Grab, Roy spent close to 3 years as the GM of e27, overseeing sales and events operations in APAC, delivering startups and investor events for tech & IT industry. Roy holds a Bachelor of Banking & Finance from the University of London, and currently lives in Singapore.

Shota joined Sony Group as a software engineer and worked as a project manager for global
supply chain systems.

He then joined the start-up company Loco Partners as the ninth employee and contributed
to the business growth of Relux, a hotel and ryokan booking website, as the sales manager.
He contributed the expansion of the organization from 9 people at the time of joining to
over 200 people in 3 years, and experienced an Exit through M&A by KDDI, a major
telecommunications company.

After that, he established Work Capital Inc. in Tokyo to provide comprehensive support for
overseas companies, especially Taiwanese companies in entering the Japanese market.

Silvia is capable of leading cross-functional and technical teams to connect idea generation to product innovation and market communication. She has abroad experience in leading intercultural and multilingual projects.

In 2014, Silvia established Red Peak Asia in Taipei, Taiwan, with the founder Michael Birkin to bring Asian brands to the world and to bring the world to Asia. Over a span of three years, Red Peak Asia has assisted brands across multiple industries to shine on the global stage and to engage with local markets.

Ted brings extensive expertise in innovation, partnerships, and business development within the healthcare industry. Currently, he serves at AstraZeneca International, overseeing health innovation hubs across the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. Before joining AstraZeneca, Ted held pivotal roles as a Senior Product Manager (Mitek) and Sales Manager (Ethicon) at Johnson & Johnson Medical Device in China; meanwhile, Ted also spearheaded an important localization project. With six years of entrepreneurial experience in the medical device sector, Ted established distributorships in over 30 countries and established an ISO-certified factory in Taiwan. Ted holds an MBA degree from IESE Business School.

Titan joined CTBC in 2018 as the Chief Technology Officer role of CTBC Financial Holding Group. Titan is responsible for overseeing and integrating the IT functions within CTBC Group and serving as an internal consultant for Fintech developments and applying new technology to better enhance CTBC’s product and customer experience.

Prior to joining CTBC, Titan worked almost 20 years at IBM and his last position was the GM of Global Business Service Division IBM Taiwan, where he led consulting team for enterprise consulting and implementation for Information technology and specialized in corporate strategic transformation and digital transformation projects.      

Titan received his engineering master degree from the NTU and iMBA from National Chengchi University.

Mr. TJ Wu served as Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing at Bridgewell Inc. He
was responsible for business development, helping customers with
digital ad strategy and execution. Prior to this, TJ was with SAP Customer
Experience Product Line of Business, leading new solutions, such as
hybris, Qualtrics, Emarsys, Go-To-Market strategy in Greater China. He
helped develop strategic customers and share Digital Transformation
best practices in the region.

TJ has over 20 years of international business development experience in
the industry. Prior to SAP , TJ was sales and business head for Adobe
Digital Marketing and Oracle CRM On-Demand in Greater China. TJ also
served as Global VP of BroadVision, developing the new market
segments in Employee and HR Collaboration.

TJ also had rich experience and insights in venture startups. He was Sales
Director, APAC for TriCipher (acquired by VMware) and Sygate (acquired
by Symantec). He was General Manager for Octasoft, a venture-funded
company specialized in internet banking solutions. TJ also founded
Delfah Consulting with focus on logistics solutions and consultancy.

Mr. Wu graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a
Master of Computer Science degree. He also has an MBA degree from
Golden Gate University.

Vince Huang is the current General Manager of H.H. Galaxy Corporation. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from National Taiwan University and previously served as a Senior Sales Manager at Procter & Gamble (P&G), where he gained extensive experience in e-commerce.

In 2016, he assumed the role of General Manager at H.H. Galaxy. At that time, the company was facing financial difficulties. Through restructuring the cost and revenue models and optimizing internal processes and systems, he successfully quadrupled the company's revenue within six years. Under his leadership, H.H. Galaxy has grown into a leading e-commerce operations service provider in Taiwan.

In 2023, he led the company through its listing on the Taipei Exchange, further solidifying its position in the market.

His areas of expertise include corporate governance, e-commerce management, digital marketing, and cost and managerial accounting.
