Powen is Head of Tech Vertical in Twitter Greater China, based in Singapore. Before joining Twitter he spent 3 years in Samsung Korea headquarter as Senior Global Marketing Manager and Project Leader in Global Strategy Group.

Powen graduated from the International Business Department of National Taiwan University and acquired an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management.
